After studying Chinese, Florence spent ten years in head hunting firms both in Hong Kong and France, leading search and assessment assignments. During the following 15 years she then took on senior HR roles in France and EMEA in the IT sector, supporting organizational transformation as well as global performance & optimization at Worldcom, Business Objects - SAP, and Wincor Nixdorf.

In 2015 her interests led Florence to consulting in management and human capital; she holds a deep conviction that the employee experience is critical to generating value and must be managed and optimized.

Florence has been leading the Human Capital unit of Agora Search since 2017.

She supports clients in two main areas:

  • leadership development and talent management optimization through developing competencies and leveraging motivation;
  • and HR strategic planning in alignment with business strategy, focusing on the human impact of transformations serving collective intelligence and engagement.

Upon completing her business school studies, Luce Nordon started her career in advertising, with a three year tenure with the Euro-RSCG group as a Practice Group Leader where she was focused on luxury and CPG brands promotion. She then became part of the newly created Paris office of Norman Broadbent, a UK executive search firm, to expand the CPG and luxury cluster. She rapidly gained a strong expertise in other fields such as IT and digital.

In 1998, she joined Agora Search as a Business Partner. General Manager since 2008, Luce recently assumed the presidency in January 2014.

She developed her professional experience for 12 years with the Electrolux Group Companies with increasing responsibilities at multinational level as Supply Chain Manager, Production Manager, and Division Director.
 
Then, for more than fifteen years, she worked as a Senior Consultant on Supply Chain and Operations, Change and Lean Management and Project Management. She belonged to the faculty of the Lean Experience Factory to train professionals to Lean Management and the Manufacturing 4.0.

Giovanna Dotto is the Managing Director, founder and owner of Dotto ReSearch.

After receiving a Degree in Social Science and an M.B.A., she initially worked as a Researcher at the International Institute of Sociology where she was published.

She has a proven management track record thanks to her long lasting experience within the Zanussi - Electrolux Group in Italy and significant expertise as Group Human Resources Development Manager.

In 1985, she founded Dotto ReSearch. Frank Beyer is the "B" of LAB & Company - co-founder and managing partner since 2002 in Munich. Frank Beyer has been managing director and partner of important international consultancies for more than 25 years.

With his rather generalist know-how, his consulting focuses on the industry, technology and energy sectors - in particular, in the technical disciplines, including renewable energies. In recent years, he has built up further expertise in financial services.

Jessica Volkwein specialises in the industrial sector, primarily, and in the automotive sector for more than 20 years. Her focus has been on filling management positions in the operational and technology environment of internationally operating and large family-owned companies. Her success is characterised by many years of cooperation and her personal assumption of responsibility for each individual project. Klaus Weichardt has been a partner at LAB & Company in Munich since July 2017.

For over 15 years, Klaus Weichardt has been active in filling executive board and management positions, as well as divisional management functions. Before joining LAB, the economist graduate first worked in one of the five largest global personnel consultancies, for which he implemented numerous cross-border projects. He then worked for many years at BCI Sendele, one of the most renowned executive search boutiques in the German-speaking world.

Vanessa Wick has been working for LAB & Company in Munich as a senior consultant in the areas of business & professional services, financial services and industry since 2017. She is data protection and information security coordinator at the Munich branch.
