Aurélie began her career in scientific research with public bodies in France and abroad.

After an initial experience in Executive Search, she joined Agora Search in 2020 as a Consultant. Aurélie first developed her expertise within the Financial Services & Real Estate Practice, before joining the High-tech & Digital Practice in 2022.

She manages recruitment missions in the field of innovation, for both start-ups and major international groups.

Aurélie is Hogan Assessment® certified.

Aurélie cultivates her taste for dance through regular Samba practice: rhythm, concentration, pleasure and joy.
