Experience

Craig spent 15 years with a NASDAQ listed global recruitment and executive search firm initially focused on assignments within the UK public sector before moving to and subsequently leading their emerging markets division.

Craig joined Osprey Clarke in 2016 to help establish an emerging markets focused desk.

An expert in global / cross border searches Craig has helped to hire many senior managers (CEO’s, CFO’s, Finance Directors, General Managers, COO’s) to locations throughout the Middle Eastern GCC states including Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman.

With a focus on the industrial manufacturing sector Craig regularly supports GCC based clients within the Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Metals, Food and Biomedical sectors and has built a well-developed network of leadership talent within or seeking to move to the Middle East.

Craig gained his accreditation to administer and interpret Five-Factor Model psychometric tests in 2015.

Other information

An avid squash player, Craig regularly plays in county level tournaments.
