Experience
Ian is the founding Managing Partner of Fish Nankivell, which he co-established in 1984. A pioneer in executive search, he was also one of the founding partners of Penrhyn International. Over his career, he has led senior executive and boardroom search assignments across financial services, manufacturing, professional services, technology, resources, consumer products, retail, government, and not-for-profit sectors.

Before founding Fish Nankivell, Ian held leadership roles at Alcoa Australia and the Pratt Group, later transitioning into venture capital at Pratt & Co Financial Services.

Though now retired, he continues to provide advisory support to Managing Partner Tori Best.
