Experience
Andrew leads Fish Nankivell’s Not-for-Profit and Public Sector practices.
Prior to joining the firm Andrew was a senior executive in the Victorian Government, most recently as Deputy Secretary, Creative, Sport and Visitor Economies, and for nine years was CEO of Creative Victoria.
Before that, he held a variety of senior leadership roles over a twenty-year period across the Department of Premier and Cabinet, the Department of Education and Training, and the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.
Prior to that Andrew enjoyed a career in the arts, working for several art galleries and cultural organisations.
Andrew is an Executive Fellow of the Australia New Zealand School of Government. In 2016 Andrew was awarded an Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) Fellowship.

Andrew has an interest in the arts and sport and likes to spend his spare time with his wife and two children.
