Experience

Began her professional experience in 1995 at Dotto Research, where she followed with increasing responsibility search and selection assignments for managerial figures.

She then spent 20 years within some of the most important multinationals in the pharmaceutical sector (GlaxoSmithKline Pharma and Consumer, Amgen, AstraZeneca, Roche), holding roles of increasing responsibility both in HR Management, Business Partnering, Labor and Employee Relations and in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development.

Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner (360° leadership assessment), Hogan Assessment Certification and ICF Coach with ACC credential.

In 2021 she started a new chapter of her professional life as free-lance HR Consultant, Business Coach and Trainer. 
In 2022 she rejoined Dotto Research, where she focuses on executive search, leadership assessment, and management consulting assignments.

Other information

Passionate about music (classical and jazz), she earned a Piano Degree at the G. Tartini Conservatory in Trieste, and over time she has also developed an interest in children’s literature and musical propaedeutic methods, leading music workshops in preschools.
