Fanny Lellouche

Graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.

Experience

Fanny joined Agora Search in 2005 as a consultant in the FMCG division. In 2007, she was promoted to Senior Consultant, before heading up the Industry, Luxury Goods and Consumer Goods practice in 2010.

Before joining Agora Search, Fanny gained initial experience in sales and market research at Bel and Mondelez, followed by a career in operational marketing and product development management, working closely with production sites and R&D teams in major international industrial groups in the food and cosmetics sectors. 

For the past 20 years at Agora Search, Fanny assists her customers – start-ups, SMEs and major international groups looking for tailor-made support – in their search for new talent to support their growth or transformation projects. She is also involved in succession planning and the mapping of target organizations within their ecosystems.

In addition to her industry expertise and in-depth knowledge of corporate cultures, Fanny is HOGAN-certified.

Other information

As a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for craftsmanship and innovation, she explores her creativity through oil and watercolor painting.
