Experience
Raglan Tribe is a seasoned executive and technology strategist with over 40 years of experience driving innovation, product development, and business transformation across automotive, aerospace, defence, financial technology, and government sectors.
He began his career in systems engineering and missile guidance at British Aerospace before moving to Lucas Industries, where he led advanced product development in chassis systems, adaptive cruise control, electric power steering, and safety-critical automotive applications. At TRW Automotive, he was responsible for Chassis Systems Strategy and led the Lucas Prometheus programme, which developed the world’s first high-speed autonomous car with lane guidance, adaptive cruise control, collision avoidance, and lane departure warning—technologies that now underpin a $78bn market.
As Group R&D Director at De La Rue PLC, he led a global team of 260 engineers, managing the Euro currency conversion and developing banknote security, ATMs, and cash-handling innovations, adding £100M to the company’s top line. He also oversaw digital security teams developing PKI applications for corporate treasury functions.
With 22 years in executive consulting, he has advised blue-chip firms like Toyota, Siemens, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, HM Treasury, and private equity firms on business case modelling, strategy consulting, and innovation management. As Founder & CEO of Mindsheet Ltd, he helps businesses scale through systems thinking and AI-driven automation. He also leads strategy consulting at Osprey Clarke, focusing on market disruption and business transformation.
He has 15 patents and 28 published papers, he continues to push the boundaries of AI, robotics, and strategic innovation to drive business success.

Raglan has a deep passion for travelling and mountaineering, having explored the UK, Alps, Pyrenees, and Himalayas. His love for the mountains reflects his approach to business—navigating complex challenges, pushing boundaries, and embracing calculated risks to achieve ambitious goals. Beyond work, he enjoys spending time with his family and three grandchildren, sharing his curiosity for exploration, problem-solving, public-speaking and the ever-evolving world of technology.
