With over 25 years in HR, Roberta has held leadership roles in talent acquisition, staffing, and executive search. She joined Dotto Research in 2002, played a key role in launching a search and selection start-up in 2015, and returned in 2019. Her expertise spans multiple sectors, including finance, HR, operations, supply chain, and ESG.
