Experience

He began his career at Belleli (oil sector plant construction), managing staff at three sites in Libya. He then spent five years at Electrolux Group, first as Group Search and Selection Manager in Italy, then as HR Manager at Zanussi Elettromeccanica (compressor production).

He later joined Marelli Motori (electric motors), leading restructuring efforts from receivership to acquisition by American pension funds and later a British multinational. In 1999, he became HR Director at Acciaierie Valbruna (stainless steel), overseeing operations in Italy and the USA. From 2007 to 2019, he was HR Director at Vimar SpA (wiring devices & smart systems), managing the acquisition of Elvox in Padua.

After a stint as temporary HR Director in finance, he joined Dotto Research in 2021, handling executive search projects across sectors.

An active sports enthusiast (sailing, skiing, mountain biking, and running), he has deep expertise in the economic and business landscape of North-East Italy.
